Super Sauce

I promised my Aunt that I would post this many months ago, then we moved twice and school started. Anyhow, here it is. :)

Sadie's Super Sauce
1- 6 oz package of Chocolate Chips
1/2 C of butter
1 1/3 C evaporated milk or light cream
2 C powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Melt chips and butter over low heat. Add evaporated milk and powdered sugar. Bring to a boil. Turn down. Cook (simmer) slowly for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. When done remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve over ice cream. Refrigerate extra sauce.

Makes generous 2 cups.

Remember it's a very addicting chocolate sauce. It's great with fruit or ice cream. I've made it with both cream and milk, both are delicious.
