We received a phone call this morning that Daddy D's Grandpa passed away. It was unexpected.
He was almost 88. He loved candy almost as much as his darling sweetheart. They were a perfect pair. I had the privilege of meeting these two about six years ago. As I reflect on this, I feel like they've been a part of my life forever. They both have loved me unconditionally from the beginning. (Which is saying a lot).
He was a master gardner, worker.
